 Casitas La Paloma
These cozy one bedroom/one bath casitas, nestled
in palm trees are walking distance to downtown and Playa La Poza. Each Casita is furnished with Queen size bed, high
quality linens, palapa covered kitchen, wireless internet connection, tv/vcr with movie library, cd player and located inside
a gated property. The Casitas can be rented seperately or together for a discounted rate. Casita #1 is two stories with the
bedroom upstairs and the bathroom below. Casita #2 is slightly larger, the bathroom is attached to the bedroom, and can
accommodate up to three. The casitas share a large fully-equipped kitchen. Rates

& Cancellation Policies: We request a deposit of $120 to hold reservations, and the remainder in cash upon
checkin. If you do not wish to travel with cash, reservations may be paid in full through paypal using
your credit card prior to arrival (we request a 5% service charge for credit card payments over $120). Full refunds
are given if cancellations are made 30 days prior to reservation, otherwise full credit is given. Refunds are not given
for early departure. We request a one week minimum for reservations in December, and two night minimum

Sunset Suite This beautiful Mexican style suite
is comfortably furnished with queen size bed, high-quality linens, and spacious bathroom with tub. The Suite is conveniently
located between centro and the beach. Walk to restaurants, art galleries and markets full of fresh local produce,
and still enjoy sunsets from your private, ocean view balcony. The balcony has a mini bar/kitchette with refrigerator,
coffee maker and blender. This is the perfect place for couples or small families who want comfort, and privacy close to centro. A single
bed can be added to the furnishings if necessary. Other amenities
include a fully equipped kitchen (shared with Casitas 1 & 2), wireless internet connection, cable tv, and off
street parking. Our guests recieve a 25% discount on La Sirena's equipment rentals.
Rates: (one
week minimum please) $500/week, $800/two
weeks, $1000/three weeks, $1150/month (Rates discounted
by 40% may-october) We request a deposit of $200 to hold reservations, and the remainder in
cash upon check-in. Full refunds are given if cancellations are made 30 days prior to reservation, otherwise full credit
is given. One week minimum please, additional nights or second week at discounted rate. Taxes and gratuities not

Directions from Los Cabos Airport (1.5 hours) From San Jose del Cabo, take the "four lane" highway west toward Cabo San
Lucas. As you approach Cabo San Lucas, there will be
signs to Todos Santos. Follow signs to Todos Santos (Turning Right on Hwy 19 North) After leaving Cabo San Lucas, you'll travel about 50 min. before reaching the town of Pescadero.
The PEMEX (gas station) in Pescadero has a OXXO (like a 7-11). Go through Pescadero and your almost there!
(10 min more) As you enter Todos Santos, there is a
TECATE store and Super Pollo on the right hand side of the road. Take your first left Immediately after the TECATE store, (Calle Olachea) If you get to the PEMEX, you went three blocks too far.
(make a U turn) We are 1.5 blocks down Calle
Olachea on the left hand side. (There is no number on the property) There are two yellow signs "La Sirena" and "Guest House La Paloma" on our wall. La Sirena is located next door to the Hotel Santa Rosa. Bus Travelers: Walk out of the airport parking area to the main street below for bus. Take the bus to San Jose Del Cabo, transfer to the bus to Todos Santos. Once at the Todos Santos bus station, walk two blocks down to the
intersection. (its the only one) Turn left, heading
south down Hwy 19 to Calle Olachea (four blocks). Hint:
There is a large yellow sign on the highway that says "La Sirena", and "Guest House Rental" (your close
now!) Turn right down Calle Olachea (west) the casitas,
are 1.5 blocks down on the left. See Map Below:
